Contain ransomware, whatever device it starts on.

Helm stops ransomware in your files, while Forescout keeps watch over every device that reaches them.

Know the device. Protect the data.

Helm contains ransomware where it does its damage, in your files, following the rules your team has agreed. Next to Forescout, it adds that protection to the device visibility you already have and can have Forescout eyeControl restrict the affected device’s network access.

Helm takes Forescout visibility through to the data.

Seeing the devices on your network is half the picture. The other half is what happens to your data. Helm watches file shares, servers and Microsoft 365, detects encryption in under a second and contains the attack early.

Forescout identifies the devices that connect to your network, and its eyeControl module enforces access based on the user, the device and its security posture. Helm adds what happens to the data, and Forescout controls which devices can reach it.

Access managed, recovery kept on track.

When Helm contains an attack, it can pass the affected device and user to Forescout. Forescout eyeControl can then restrict that device’s network access, using the policies your team already runs in Forescout.

The Helm incident shows what was restricted, so access can be restored once recovery is verified.

Seeing the device, protecting the data.

Forescout knows what is connected, and Helm keeps the data those devices reach under control. For other network tools, see how Helm works with Cisco and Darktrace.
