Meet the Helm leadership team. Each leader owns one part of how Helm creates and serves customers, from the platform and the market to sales, partners and the foundations that hold it all together. Together they lead our second founding, with one aim: to give organisations decisive control at the moment it matters most, so they can power forward, safely.
Helm is built so that ownership is always clear. Every part of the customer journey has one accountable executive, from the first conversation through onboarding, support and renewal. When work falls between teams, we name the owner. That is how we keep the promise we make to customers, when it hits, we handle.
Three principles shape how our executives show up. They create clarity, so teams can focus and next steps are obvious. They lead beyond their own area, acting in the interest of the whole customer journey. And they lead the change, using feedback, data and learning to keep improving how Helm works.
Chief Executive Officer
Frederik Braun is CEO of Helm. He has 20 years in tech, including enterprise and strategic accounts at Microsoft across Denmark and Western Europe, working on cloud, AI and security. Today he focuses on protecting critical infrastructure against AI-driven threats. Frederik holds an MSc Business Administration, with executive education from AVT business school, IMD and INSEAD.
Chief Financial Officer
Stefan leads finance, revenue operations, legal and internal IT at Helm. He joined in autumn 2025 to build the financial foundation for Helm’s next stage of growth, strengthening finance processes and governance and giving the business real-time data to scale. He was previously CFO of Crispy Food and began his career in strategy, M&A and private equity. Stefan holds an MSc in Management & Technology from the Technical University of Munich and a BSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
Chief Technology Officer
Christian leads product, engineering, architecture, quality, and AI and data at Helm. He has more than 20 years of experience in security across law enforcement, healthcare and global enterprise, including work with the Danish National Police, and was previously CTO and Chief Product Officer at LogPoint. He holds a degree in information security from the IT University of Copenhagen, has completed executive programmes at MIT, and advises and speaks at international security forums including Europol, Interpol and NATO.
Chief Revenue Officer
Robert leads sales, partners, customer engineering, customer success and renewals at Helm, bringing them together as one revenue engine built to scale. He has spent his career in B2B sales & SaaS, from business development and account executive roles to commercial leadership at software and professional services companies, most recently as CRO at StoryChief. He builds and enables commercial teams, processes and channels, and is a mentor to his team. Robert is based in the Netherlands and studied at Breda University of Applied Sciences.
Chief Marketing Officer
Christian leads brand, positioning, content, demand generation and partner marketing at Helm, including the move to the Helm brand. He joined from DSV, the global transport and logistics group, where he rose from business change management to Head of Corporate Marketing & Communication and led its new global identity. He began his career in finance roles at Sony. Dansk Markedsføring named him to The M-List of Denmark’s most innovative marketers three years running, and he studied at Copenhagen Business School.
